I. SITUATION
Everon has fallen under the oppressive rule of Admir Beletovic, a self-proclaimed leader who rigged elections and seized control of the nation. Since his rise to power, he has eliminated political rivals through assassinations and mass arrests, violating human rights and suppressing any opposition.
The situation escalated when Beletovic orchestrated an operation that resulted in the deaths of both the U.S. and Russian ambassadors to Everon. His government attempted to place the blame on rebel forces, but irrefutable evidence confirms his direct involvement. Both U.S. and Russian governments have agreed that Beletovic must answer for his crimes, and a joint military task force has been assembled to execute Operation Not Cause.
Our objective is clear: seize control of Everonian International Airport and neutralize or capture Admir Beletovic.
II. MISSION OBJECTIVES
Primary Objectives:
Seize and Secure Everonian International Airport
• The airport is a critical strategic point and a known stronghold for Beletovic’s forces.
• Expect heavy resistance from entrenched Everonian military and militant forces.
Kill or Capture Admir Beletovic
• Intelligence suggests Beletovic is at the airport, possibly preparing for an escape.
• If captured alive, he will be handed over to an international tribunal for war crimes.
III. ENEMY FORCES
Composition:
• Everonian Military Forces loyal to Beletovic.
• Militant groups aligned with his regime.
Capabilities:
• Light to heavy infantry support, armored vehicles, and potential air assets.
• Entrenched defensive positions around the airport perimeter.
Expected Enemy Strength:
• Estimated 100 personnel within and around the airport.
• Potential presence of APCs.
• High probability of QRF.

V. OPERATIONAL PLAN
Phase 1: Insertion & Airfield Assault
• Preliminary Airstrikes: Suppress enemy anti-air and fortified positions.
• Helo & Ground Insertion: U.S. and Russian forces will deploy via airborne
• Secure Perimeter & Runways: Rapid assault teams will establish a foothold on the airfield.
Phase 2: Terminal & Control Tower Clearance
• Building-to-Building Combat: Clear out airport terminals, hangars, and control facilities.
• Eliminate or Capture HVT (Admir Beletovic): Direct action teams will breach his last known location.
Phase 3: Stabilization & Extraction
• Secure the Airport: Prevent counterattacks and fortify defensive positions.
• Intel Collection: Exploit enemy command posts for intelligence.
• Exfil & Transition to Local Authorities: Handover of the airport to interim control.
VI. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (ROE)
• Hostile forces may be engaged at will.
• Avoid collateral damage whenever possible.
• If possible, capture Beletovic alive.
• Civilian presence expected - minimize risk to non-combatants.
VII. SUPPORT & LOGISTICS
• Medical Evacuation: Designated CASEVAC points established in AO.
• Resupply: Airdrop and ground convoys available as necessary.
VIII. CONTINGENCIES
• If Beletovic escapes, immediate pursuit and interception orders will be issued.
• If resistance is heavier than expected, reinforcement protocols will be enacted.
• If the airport cannot be held, fallback to pre-designated rally points.
IX. COMMAND & SIGNALS
• Primary Communications: Secure encrypted radio frequencies.
• Callsigns: Designated per unit, to be issued before deployment.
