Because to affirm something means to state it as true. Using the word 'not' isn't necessarily a bad way to affirm. One of my favourite affirmations is 'my past does not reflect my future' and even though it uses the word 'not,' it is still an affirmation. Hope this helps!
manifesting is more complicated than it seems you know, but that’s okay because it’s always a learning journey! everyone is always manifesting 24/7, almost every thought is being pushed into the quantum field, therefore repeated/persisted on thoughts project back into your reality. don’t believe stuff out there like you can’t say the words like “no, not, don’t”, what you want isn’t meant for you if it doesn’t come fast enough, divine timing, affirming in future tense, blah blah blah a bunch of bs. it all works. you create your own laws of your reality and can use whatever technique out there to manifest what you want because they all work. just choose the one that works best for you. everything you imagine or desire is entirely possible because when you imagine something it’s your higher self showing you what you’ll be experiencing if you just persist in living in the end of that desire.

Sometimes I use words such as 'don't' and 'not.' If you don't want to hear those words, you don't have to listen. I'm sure there's other creators who don't use those words, whose affirmations will suit you better x

So don't go around belittling and invalidating stuff simply because it doesn't work on you- especially considering there's millions of videos on youtube let alone the internet. You don't have to be here.
This is not magic lol its all psychological. When you're down and you repeat stuff like that to yourself daily you start to believe them and you feel better. So I don't know what's there to believe in? You either tell yourself everyday you're worthless and feel like sh*t or be positive about yourself and feel better.
