Thanks for the video. I am surprised at all the machine's features. I have only used it for straight sewing a few times. I have a Husqvarna Freesia 415 which I usually use. I bought the Sapphire on impulse online from the warehouse and didn't know just how good it is. I bought my first Husqvarna a long time ago (Husqvarna 2000). It had the cams to insert for different fancy stitches. Thank you again. I am from Australia.

I am having a problem with extra thread under the plate. I have cleaned it out with brush and there is no visible thread. yet when I sew at the end I use the cutter and pull my fabric out I again have four threads. What is my next step?
You need to study the user manual to understand how to program & sew the alphabet stitches. It took me a while to set up the words I wanted to use. Be mindful that the alphabet stitches are small & can't be enlarged. 😂🙏✂️

Can you please do a video on how to adjust this 930 for ruler work with the ruler foot? My foot seems to still raise up while I’m template quilting.😢
