Project CETI’s pioneering effort to unlock the language of sperm whales. The idea that humans might learn to speak whale sprang from a chance encounter at the Harvard Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study seven years ago.

If you want to understand someone's speech, rule # 1 is that you stay quiet, while other is talking- adding music to whale sounds, actually kills the whole idea behind their phonation.
