I prefer the smaller boat. Not only for the reasons you mentioned, but I also like the way the rod holders stick out to the side as well as to the back. Where as the big boat they just stick out the back.
I got the chance to try the smaller boat recently( I have the big boat) and I love that they are both super viable options after setting up the navigation buoys. It will be interesting to see if the speed difference has a factor in comps at all, but right now I would say get whatever dlc you can afford they are both super functional.
I think one of the things that made me decide to get the big boat was the max per fish, in order to keep grouperzilla you need the big one.. I don't think I've even come close to filling the 4k lbs of storage on it . Maybe had 2k at max 😅
@babyplutojr3869 yes but why would you not want to keep grouperzilla? It's the monster fish. I was gutted when I caught fighter shark and didn't have a big enough net to keep him. I don't need the money, I'm sitting pretty flush on there..
@@andrewjamesprobert because keeping the fish only gives you the money if you catch the fish and toss it back you still get the xp you still get the record and everything except the cash

Hey, does anyone know how to make the tablet on fishing planet show the depth lines. Mine is not showing the white lines that signal a change in depth. Instead, it only shows light blue and dark blue.

They should equip on you like a bass boat and kayak. If Fishing Planet wants cash this is what they should do.

But in reality if you were a lvl 80 and fished at Congo for a while you’re already rich no need to keep the fish anymore

It is the maintenance mission for the rental boat
Doing the quest on this map will put contour lines on it.
What are the stats like on the rental there or is that even an option?
I will probably do a video on the rental boat when I am done with the maintenance missions
