I had my chair for 8 years and NO ONE has ever explained this feature to me. I've been in Lockout Mode a few times and panicked by not knowing what to do. I "accidentally" got out of that mode. Now I know for certain what to do. Thank you so very much!
I work at a university and we just had a student panic when he accidentally put himself in lockout mode and had class in 20 minutes! Thankful for your video which was a huge relief for all of us and helped him get to class on time :)
thank you so much, mine went into lockout mode at the doctors and my husband had to wheel me manually back to the car, my chair is only 2 months old, so called the company who sold it to me, and they said you have an error code, and that all the technicians have gone home and to call the next day. So after several searches your video came up in my searches, and solved the problem within seconds. I think the doctor must of leaned on the button while I was in my chair when he was doing my procedure and put it in this mode, once again thank you so much for sharing
Thanks! Option 2 worked for me also.Only difference is I had to power off Wheelchair first, then move joystick forward, power on while holding the joystick forward, the moving it backwards. Worked a treat. Thanks very much guys

Can you tell me how to work with an older Jazzy model? I have a horn button, green power button, a slow button with 2 lines, and a fast button with 4 lines I think. All controls are unresponsive except for the chair height adjustment which works.
My Titon Power Chair is second hand and the joystick is much too sensitive is there anyway it can be adjusted or can I get a replacement? Any help would be appreciated Thank you

When I plug iit in to charge, lights light up green and go from right to left. When I unplug it, no power. Does this mean the batteries are bad? When plugged in, when all the light are green, when moving the joystick, nothing happens.

I bought the quickie q500 motor, thinking that I would not have a problem with the motors I bought. But when we put the motors, when I move the joystick forward, when I do it backwards, it goes forward. What is your proposed solution?

I don't have lock out mode on mine. Why is that? Is it an added feature? I have a Drive Tital rear base drive

Life By Ian Yes. You can contact a local supplier. Same thing with my chair. They attach it to a computer and can ramp up the speed and acceleration.
