- 👋🏻 Hey guys! In this video I'M BACK WITH ANOTHER DOSE. I've been gone for a minute. I know. But exams have been super intense and I had to make sure I studied and got 💯 ykwim. In this video I show you what I was up to 48h before my final OSCE exams in my 4th year of medical school. I can now PROUDLY say I am a FINAL year medical students (lets go!! 💪🏻). for a second there I thought I'm going to witness a man studying nonstop for 48hours
7 months ago , I just hated , complained and find very hard to go through my school life and study. But since the day(21 November) when I came across his video 'how I am able to stay focused' (sth like that) and got confronted to his vlogs, my entire school life ànd personal life has changed. The way I lookéd towards my school life has completely CHANGED and now I am completely opposite student with whole new and amazing perspective than I had ever had in my entire school life. Your videos helped to get out of depression and anxiety of study and made me a A+ student. If you are reading this.A BIG THANKS To YOU. ❤️

Is anybody else jealous of his calmness before the bigest exams he has to take? Like what, I study dental medicine in Bulgaria and get the most work done those 48 hours before my exams and it's guided mostly by my fear of failing miserably. I have soooo much anxiety and even suffer from panic attacks before my exams and Nassar is so chill... I wish I could be like him more

@@strwberrytree we all have been there when you have lots of work but yet you can't do anything because you're slacking and you hating it all because of the stress and presure that it causes you!I know based on my experiences!But I managed to be easy on myself and work rationally trust me this year I had 4 big exams to pass and due to some personal circumstances and health issues I wasn't able to study for it 4 months before so basically my exam prep was kind of last minute bonus my knowledge from classes I made it and got a great grade! But what I endured was worse believe it I used to go to bed at 00:00 and wake up at 4:00!4 hours of sleep!What I am trying to say is that you shouldn't push your limits too far!If its hard for you take it easy step by step or if it takes way too much endurance and you can't manage it then don't do it!If there is one thing that I learned this year is that I shouldn't prioritize work over my health at all because health isn't something you take for granted!I did take it for granted and it was the worst decision ever!Like your Mental health and Physical health they both matter the most !🥰🥰🥰
