Hey Amy! I was the one who told Kristina W about taking the backing off of the foam tape in order to make a circle with it without having to cut little pieces. And I wanted to let you know that you can do the same thing with your score tape but you have to do it a little differently than the foam tape. It works the best with the 1/8th inch score tape and you have to take the backing off as you go. So stick the start of your tape to the paper and then peel away a small piece of the backer a little at a time. So you stick, peel, bend, stick, peel, bend and repeat until you get all of the way around. 😊😊😊
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge about the foam tape and round shaker cards!! I'm sure there are more shaker cards being made and sent out to others to be enjoyed because of you!! Yay!! 🤗
Love it.... Love it..... Love it! Talk about QUICK and EASY.... I made some just like these for little 'gifts' for: my Hair Dresser, Mailman, neighbor, you get the idea. Definitely brought smiles - they surely didn't expect to get these..... that's what made them terrific.
Such a sweet little card! I love that you made smaller cards, I think they are underused, but can pack an impressive creative punch! I'd love to find one in MY lunchbox for sure! ☺🎃
I have recently jumped onto the shaker train (after I found some nesting dies I could no longer resist) and seeing this I remembered I actually have a bunch of Halloween sequins, they'll finally be used this year ☺️
WOW! I just found your video as a suggested video, and there are so many tips I am anxious to try that I never thought of. You made the cutting process so easy with the idea of nesting the stamps and not breaking apart the dies. I have to try that! The bendable foam tape is a great tip also! Thanks for such a great video - what cute cards!!!
Never attempted a shaker card but now I will. Super cute idea. Hope you're doing well. You've had a lot on your plate and don't know how you do it. TFS
Super cute shaker cards! I love how you always finish the inside of the cards, too. I've never tried that brand of sequins, I'm headed over right now to buy that mix. : )
these are very cute! it always surprises me that some card makers prefer to put the shakers together "upside down" LOL... I usually put all my sequins and shaker elements on the base of the card, and then cover them with the window... Well, whatever works I suppose :-)
To my surprise I was able to double up the foam tape then apply it to the circle. I was using the shaker add on die for the Ready, Set, Snow stamps. It has a larger radius than you used here so it might not work for this case.
That Trick or Treat sentiment is just perfect for Halloween, I wish I had that RIGHT NOW! LOL Is there an option for an envelope with 3"x3" mini cards or do you just keep them always as more of a tag. Great video as usual. Thank You :)
I don't think my voice hasn't changed at all. Of course same person lol. Editing equipment and whatnot has most likely changed from these older videos obvs 🤷🏻♀️

Oh and btw using your grid paper to center that shaker on your card is genius!
