Kristina; I have been watching your older videos again. Just watched one from seven years back. I really really like them. And remember a few that I really was inspired by to buy some paper, stamps and make my first card. Have been making cards for my family ever since.
Susan Pratt Kristina's videos are why i got onto paper craft. I dont do that whole collage look but her stuff inspired me so much that i took the plunge and have been enjoying it ever since.
I always love your creations...but this one goes above and beyond! And I can see using this exact idea to make Birthday...Christmas...Easter...all occasions...cards. It's perfect! And I may not purchase the die itself because I do believe I can design this to cut with my Cricut. But I tell you...when I make this design...I will make several at one time. It's so perfectly designed! Thanks for sharing with all of us. You inspire me every time I watch one of your videos!
Yay--a kitty ghost!!! So glad you have a video up today, Kristina! I'm sitting here suffering with a bad back, but our youngest (cat), Barney, is on the footrest against my leg, and I've got lots of videos to watch (including yours!). Love the coloring you did, and the way you did the shaker sections. Tfs! :)
So very cute. Could you have, after making the first center column of circles, just turned the die perpendicular, and set the center circle up over the one you'd already cut, and cut the rows without having to do all the measuring?
Great idea! You would still need to figure out how to get it turned at exactly 90 degrees, too. And there would still have to be other pencils lines to help things get lined up correctly. Either way would work. :)
Really cute card. I don't make Halloween cards as well but love the idea of using Halloween images for other occasion cards. I also think that you should add architect to your resume because you look like an architect designing that card 😀
So so CUTE! You AMAZE me every time I watch your videos! You have inspired me and my daughter throughout the years (many) of crafting (we have been following your creativity since 2009 - "MACMs" vids. AH!!). This HAS to one of my ALL time faves!
Nice holiday card, I'm not into Halloween either but for some strange reason I started making them this year, must be in the air. This was a great inspiration.
What a cute card. My sister's birthday is on Halloween and now we have a DIL and hers is on Oct. 30th so needless to say, they get Halloween/birthday cards. LOL (My birthday is on St.Patrick's Day and its fun getting card that are made for both occasions!)
I really love this cute card and all the designs that you have made.. I’m not used to seeing cards that have a pasted on front layer though. I realise most of your cards are finished this way.. is there any way to make it not look like I pasted a separate artwork on card stock?
Oh my goodness !! SO CUTE!! I am going to need these little "ghouls" .. :) Love the card as well as all the tips you share that can be used on so many projects at any time of year.. thanks !!
Great card:again, maybe hold on the measurements a little longer so we have time to chart them down, Thank You from my Hospital bed, where I try to keep busy now😚as I say this my old purple Fiskars gave up the" Ghost" lol if you could recommend what to get in its place, it would have to be shipped as they wont let me out to shop! Nerve of some ppl ! LOL much Thanks, Susan from canada🎃🎅📫📦🎨📐📔✂✉✈⛄🐧🐤🐭🐝😿🐶🐾🔤 sorry couldn't resist the EMOJI'S pertaining to all us Crafter's!XOX
I always watch your videos and enjoy them very much I am new in the card making and trying to learn from you... I don't have copic markers and I would like to purchase but they are very expensive and I don't know wich ones to by first to create a collection.so I could buy them a little at the time....what do you recomend ... I trust your judgement... Thank you Rachel
I would suggest doing it the way I did, which is to first determine what kinds of images you'll be coloring the most. For me, it was people. I loved coloring skin and hair. Then I watched a TON of RUclips videos or looked at blogs. When someone used a color combination that I really loved, I would write down those color numbers. And then those would be the ones I purchased first. I basically started out with three markers for each color that I thought I'd be using frequently + a couple combos for different hair colors. I wrote down 3 marker numbers that worked well together for each color (i.e. 3 markers for blonde hair, 3 markers for a nice Christmas red combo, 3 markers for a basic pink...) When you're first starting out with Copics, there's a learning curve. I found it best to start with proven color combinations that worked because it made blending with them so much easier. Technically you can blend almost any two colors, but that requires a lot of skill and experience. Starting with combinations that you've seen work well is a great way to start. :)
I love this darling, darling card Kristina!!! The sentiment is fun and those images are are absolutely precious!! Thanks so much for sharing and I hope you're having an awesome week. ~HUGS~ #kindnessmatters

Love that you zoomed in really tight so we could see the coloring in detail!
