- The Band Belt Squat Setup eliminates having to place the bands onto the shoulder girdle which for some people is very uncomfortable as well as difficult to do. It also eliminates having to load the spine with a vertical load. Using the Band Belt Squat Setup, places all the band pressure at the hips while freeing up the hands. Not only is this a great band squat setup, it's also an awesome vertical jump setup.
BEST BAND PACKAGE - To use the BAND BELT SET UP, you will need to get a large Single Band Package to have both the belt as well as the lower bands.

Love the thought of this. For cycling I’m needing to squat with a maximum of 4-6 reps. Can this system be used effectively for high resistance/low reps? Seems much better than a dip belt and kettle bells. I’m very limited on room so it looks ideal

@@TheBandGym brilliant, i'm looking to do sets of 4-5... Assume the technique isn't hard on the back/spine? Also as a 65kg cyclist what sort of weight would you recommend?
