That was beautiful !! I have a 19 yr old corgi mix and he is still to thriving , milky eyes from cataracts , a failing kidney , a large liver and prostate , and my beautiful little boy has dementia , I have to hand feed him , and carry him back and forward to go outside , and back in , some days are good , some days are bad , we have been through a lot of things together , homelessness , moving from place to place , we've seen many a hungry day , we are in a place of our own now , I love 💕 my best friend , and it will tear my Heart apart when he's time has come !! I will never forget my beautiful best Friend !!! But in the he mean times I'm going to shower him with the love that he deserves !!! Even on our bad days !!! Thank you God for placing this little guy in my life !! In Jesus name Amen 🙏😔🌹💖 💕💗

This is true. Just recently I had a dog ( whom I had for almost 10 years ) who passed away. Always love them till the end. And if you put them down, it doesn’t mean you don’t love them, it means that you loved them more then your own desires to keep them in suffering but on earth
Just lost my pup about 7 months ago, this hit me very hard. She was there for me through my teenage years, she was there for me as I learned the realities of adulthood and comforted me through all the traumas I experienced.
Losing her was one of the most painful experiences in my life. I stare at her urn of ashes with tears in my eyes as I type this.
Rest easy Stella, I will never forget the impact you had on my life. A life that honestly might have ended long ago if not for your love. I miss you

This made me cry so much because I know that my dogs are old, they’re both 14 and one of them even has metal supports in his leg.
When they die I’m gonna miss them more than anything; they’re only a year younger than me 💔 I haven’t known my life without them and I will never feel the same.
Big hugs to you💜💜💜 I have a dog that's 14 but I have only had him for 3 years and I'll know I'll be devastated when he's no longer around. But I can't imagine if they have been with you for almost your whole life

I have 4 dogs the eldest is 15, dogs are precious creatures and I will be devastated when the eldest is no longer around. If you are wondering why I have 4 its because I love dogs more than just about anything. What breed are your dogs if I can ask? From oldest to youngest for me:
Lucy: 15 year old black Lab, female
Khio(Khione): 4 year old black/white Siberian Husky, female
Bella(Bellona): 11 month old Bulldog/German Shepherd mix, female
Kara(Kara Zor-El): 5 month old red/white Siberian Husky(I'm kinda a Husky enthusiest), female
Side note: I find female dogs easier to train and such, I also feel like the bond is stronger if you have pets opposite your own gender. I'm male so I have exclusively female dogs.

My 2 dogs are both Male. One called Ollie a miniature schnauzer and the other one is Monty a Parsons Jack Russel.
I definitely agree with you. Dogs are amazing and been friends with humans for 12,000 years and I don’t think that should change soon.
From someone who had both her dogs from 6 weeks - 9 yrs old and 4 weeks- 15 yrs old. I miss them dearly. You will console yourself with the knowledge that they gave you and you gave them happiness for their whole life. You will miss them for the rest of yours. It will always hurt but it really does get easier. And when it hurts remember all the love and good times it'll help you smile while you hurt. And know that they would never want you to hurt. They always comforted you when you were sad because they wanted you to be happy. It's been 16 and 10 yrs and since them and I still to this day miss them. I lost my rabbit, she was 9. who played with my dogs, last yr. I still have my cats who as kittens crawled all over them. Now my cats are elderly and I know they will pass and it makes me want to cry as well. And this is what I remember when I think I can't deal with loosing anymore of my fur babies. That they gave all of their love for their whole lives. And would always comfort me when I was sad because they never wanted to be sad. It's just what helps me. I hope you find your comfort when their time comes.

Everyone acts like I’m crazy, because I prefer senior animals over puppies and kittens. First of all, I don’t have the energy to play with babies, I want a furry friend to just sit next to me and get pets. Also, I’m sorry, but those gray snouts are just too cute for my bleeding heart ♥️
I'm the same way with older dog's and cat's!! I love their gray's just something magical about them
Your not alone. To many dogs when they get old or sick, injured many people throw them away, l have rescues
@@rmason5477 I think it is better to rescue the older cats and dogs because they will be the first to be put down . My shelter is a no kill but my animal came from at least 3 hours away by plane . He is from the south.
I would love to rescue an old doggo from a shelter... they dont deserve to sit in prison for loving someone who didnt love them.

Majority of the dogs I've had throughout my life, I was never able to be by thier side when they died cause they would walk away. My mom told me it's because they loved me so much they didn't want me to see them die. And the worst part is they usually never got far so I would always find their bodies after a few days

My childhood puppy is now 14, she has one eye and very few teeth, she’s going deaf. She’s losing her luster for life, but the glimpses of her inner puppy I see are enough for me. We will enjoy the time we have left with our babies, and let them go gently to the rainbow bridge when it’s time..

I honestly can’t handle it and I’m crying now. It’s a topic that makes me anxious and I just have nothing to say that can possibly even begin to express how beautiful and touching this is.
I recently had to make the decision to let my Golden girl go to heaven. I still see her beautiful thick cream coat , her big brown eyes, her little nose that turned pink in the winter… I miss her and the light she brought to our lives. This was a beautiful, extremely touching video. 🙏🏻😰💜

@itsme Emma I can't say more I trust no one and don't socialize with others I say hi and smile with them but never will I let someone in my circle people lie cheat and steal. I trust animals more than humans. Ps I'm married but I still don't let her in my mental space she knows this but it hurts to trust others.when our baby passes we will wait and respect her life .there are so many animals that need a home and will love and trust another soon after.i thank God for letting us all have temporary homes for his crechures.

It really is. I have 2 mini doxies and they'll be 17 in February. It seems like all of a sudden they are slowing down so I cherish everyday I have left with them.
@@naturegirl2873 During his last year, I used my hands to bring the food to his mouth. Otherwise, he would walk away and turn in circles.
He was deaf and blind in one eye. He started pooping in the weirdest places. But not a biggy. We are all happy we never took Vet's advice to give him a lethal injection so "he wouldn't suffer." He died of natural death, the way all humans do.

I live with dogs since more than 40 years, and of course I experienced it multiple times. It's always so extreme painful to loose a dog. My dogs are my beloved babies. But I know, on my and my family's side our pups had the best dog life possible and I'm always so thankful for the wonderful time my dog and I spent together.

I was a wreck when I found out my old neighbor's dog died. I knew him when he was a puppy, and he couldn't have taken better care of me if I'd been his human instead of a neighbor: told me when to use my inhaler, demanded I check in with him whenever I opened my door, whether I was going in or out, even knew when I was depressed or had flu. My guardian angel had paws.

I had a Shadow in 1974. He was a wonderful boy. Then I had a Satin. She was incredibly smart and loving. Next I had a Maverick. I loved that goody Maverick boy. But I loved my Gunner most of all. I lost him on June 10 2022. I know the universe still feel the loss of him. Oh and by the way, Labrador Retrievers one and all.

Me too. She’s so slow and her hips are awful, but she still likes a treat and a tummy rub. I don’t think she’ll see the year out - the boys, who think she’s their mom (she’s not), will be lost without the girl that’s looked out for them since they were 8-weeks old. Since my husband died last year, my three pups are my world, and my Gracie girl is the calm loving centre of everything.
Me too, and I love my babies. But, when they pass on, that gives me another opportunity to give another dog a great life. Life is a series of dogs. Wonderful memories with each and everyone I’ve had.

You don't have to put them to there final rest.....unless they are in pain .I recently had both of my Boxers ..11..& 8 pass..they spent there last days right by my side it's hard but then so is putting your pet down..!! I love Dogs . 💙💜❤️

This is too much for me....I lost it when you said, "they loved you more". They are angels send down by our creator Himself for us to bare life. They are the beautiful thing in the Universe! RIP Pup and TJ..I loved you so much and I always miss you. Wait for me on the other side like you always waited for me each day on this earth. It is so difficult to bare the lost of their souls. If people only knew what dogs can give you back. If we did, we would have no wars.
