I would personally love Thursdays for a video from you :) many of my favorite channels already post on Sundays. That being said , you should post any whichever day will be the best for the growth of your channel!
It's so fun to see the streets of Copenhagen when you do these vlogs...one more thing- your blue + brown combining is so great!
