For such tests, you need to disable "Battery Optimization" in the settings for each application that you will use in the test. It is included by default on all applications from OnePlus. There is also a performance mode, then nothing will be unloaded at all. And so your video looks like help for Google Pixel)

next time disable game mode on the phones that have it. Gaming mode shuts down the background running apps when you enter a game. That's why oneplus 10 pro looks shit in the case of ram management.
