I appreciate your whoop vs Garmin analysis. I would definitely get one if I were an octopus…but as it is, I love my Garmin, and I love having my other wrist free for pretty dainty feminine bracelets, and sadly don’t have any extra for whoop! lol
“Head down keep going.” This so helpful too in an injury. I keep trying to run again and still have pain. I hate doing strength but have to do to get back to running and need to approach it the way I do going for a run though I find it boring. Thank you for this Kate ❤
