growing pains: episode 1

welcome to the start of a new youtube series: growing pains.
in this series, i'll take you through an in-between period of my life. FYI: there's no marathon training in this video. i've been taking this time to think about what i want to do with my life, who i want to keep growing to be.
i'm learning about grief for the first time. i'm learning about my athletic capabilities + limits. i'm learning to take up space and how to grow into a strong, healthy body. i'm learning about love for the first time.
