I've been trying to figure out what adventure path to transition by D&D group to, Gatewalkers seems really cool. I hope we get to see more Pathfinder content from you!

I'm in the same boat. Just got Abominations Vault as part of the Pathfinder Humble Bundle pack (check it out!!!). I liked that the adventure begins in Otari, so if you ran the Pathfinder 2e beginner's box then it's a seamless transition.
      Gatewalkers will probably be next!

Abomination Vault is a simple one that makes for a good transition since running it is easy and its very combat focused (it is a dungeon crawl after all) so everyone gets to test the system's mechanics to their hearts content. Now if you want a very Paizo flavored campaign with things you'd only find in Golarion (like the possibility of a party comprised of nothing other than undead heritage PCs) I'd recomend the Blood Lords Adventure Path.

I played Kingmaker in PF1e and was great, I guess the PF2E version would be equally good, just with updated mechanics.
I'm running Strength of Thousands and I'm loving it so far.

Players and DMs should ALWAYS read the adventure guide. It’s free. It provides and over view of the adventure. It provides players with info on building characters that will be useful in the adventure. I hate going into an adventure knowing nothing about it. The last 5e adventure I played I built a trickster rogue who excelled in underground/dungeon environments. The adventure was Tomb of Annihilation. My character was absolutely useless. You can get how much fun I have playing that adventure. I bailed after a few sessions because it was so terrible.

I really loved this, It has been a struggle to commit to one adventure path because no one has really done a review of any of them, excluding Abomination Vaults. This has been a real help thank you so much. I hope we see more videos like this one!! Thanks my man!!

    A couple questions:
    1) Do we know when the rest of the adventure will be out?
    2) When buying this, am I only getting the first part? Im reluctant to pay $25 for the first part when I don't know when the rest will be available and I then need to pay hypothetically another $50 to get the remainder.
Also, a link to where people can purchase would be awesome for everyone watching.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. I a link has been added to the video description.
      To answer your questions:
      1. The next entry is Feb 22nd and the third is March 29th.
      2. When buying it, yes you are only getting the first entry of the adventure. You can get the PDF only version at a discount, but I will say that each entry does feel worth it in terms of the content you get. It comes with the adventure, new monsters and magic items, and a sizeable entry for a place in the world you can create adventures in.

I was kind of on the fence about this particular adventure path but after watching this review, I am all in! I can't wait to pick this one up and run it at my own table! Thanks for the in-depth review and excellent pointers!

Excellent review. Happy too see some reviewer making review for PF2 books. I suggest you also take a look at Pf1 book, the adventure path are great (Curse of the crimson throne, Hell's Rebel, etc.) and knowing the fact that there is available conversion to PF2, you could cover them and reach out to a wider public. Cheer and subscribe! :-)

100-page-ish books?!? Is Pathfinder, those are just adventures but in D&D those are called core rulebooks!

This was so insightful and interesting! I've been looking for any RUclipsr who covers APs and even if this is the only one you do it was a treat. :)
Love your insight on altering the encounter near the end to give players a chance to resolve it peacefully as they are in the wrong. Only gripe I've had with the APs I've read is how quickly violent NPCs can get, but that's usually a quick fix. Also useful to know about the massive encounter after the drake as a good stopping point. Would be awkward to end a session in the middle of that. Thanks again!

Adventure paths are cool but drain you of a lot more money than a end adventure would

I have not been very impressed with paizo's adventure paths, like I know everyone else super loves them, and I'm always like, " It is kinda meh at best."
