How to place the guitar on your leg and use a guitar cushion to play with ease for a healthy posture to last you through the years. This is the posture used by classical guitarists and is wonderful for any sitting guitar style.
Sign up for The Garden Players Children's Theater and Music Classes! Offered for ages 6-16, private lessons and coachings are also available. Though this semester is online, it's shaping up to be the most FUN yet! With classes ranging from Acting Improv to Scene Study to Band Class, our program offers everything your child needs to let their creativity run free in a safe, caring environment while they are stuck at home. Children’s theater comes alive in the Garden Players, offering kids the chance to learn to act, mime, improvise, sing and put on shows for each other, their families, and the community. The program is geared towards encouraging expression, creativity, and individuality. The children learn singing, acting, and improvisation techniques as they study both classic and original musical theater material. Emphasis is on fun, trust, focus, and courage. The acting skills children attain sharpen their memory, teach them poise, presence, the ability to speak before a group, and help them to learn how to cooperate and work well with others.
