“She cooked with this one”. It’s one of her best performances! She may not have shown that much vocal range but overall it was the real amazing performance that you could see on the Grammys stage.
Emo poetry vibe meets recent TikTok dance challenge to “Somebody I Just Used to Know” that mostly involves standing frozen. Killer performance. Too cool.
Everybody talking about the recent tiktok trend (that i never saw) but the original video from 10+ years ago has the same concept.. the singers are standing against the wall frozen and singing to each other 🤷🏻♀️
i have no idea about the tiktok's recent videos. but watching this performance reminded me of her official lyrics video for "fur elise," in which she sits or stands expressionless in her sunglasses for the first 20 seconds😎, striking me as a cool and solitary character in an edward hopper painting
I think she covered it one octave lower.😲 She could've sung in the original key and register or gone down a half step which is so easy for her. I mean, she seemed to be intentionally keeping low-key and not showcasing her powerful high register.
At the beginning and at the end with glasses she was "frozen"... In the middle with lightening she was expansive and emotional.... 😊. Stay safe. Notice how she interact with the musicians...
