      Resale under-construction for short term traders has different story compared to resale of ready to move-in appartments. The later one will do better.

    Harekrishna ji what is your view about Tier-2 cities like Sonipat (district: Ganaur)? Would owning a plot at such locations and holding for long terms fetch good reutrns?
