When filing your new pot put your old pot in the new pot and fill to the top of the old pot. Carefully pull out the old pot leaving a perfect hole for you to drop you plant into your new medium.. at this point you can sprinkle in you nuts. and set your plant add a tiny bit of soil after to ensure a flat lose medium. Now water tada that’s the smart way🙌🏼👍🥱
You let your plants get too big for the pot they are in. You find a bigger pot literally JERK the plant out of old "house" nd slam it in the hole we have dug into the new spot
