This actually helped me a bunch. I have a hardmount speed queen washer at home and the backflow preventer leaked whenever it flushed softener. I just disconnected the solenoid to fix the issue. now I'm going to fix it right. thanks Keenan!
I really love watching your machine fixing videos. Thank you for your great content, please keep on the great work
I never knew repairing a washer back flow preventer could be so thrilling lol
I have learned from you. Thanks for taking the time to post the videos.
Great Job Keenan.
Best shot @ getting ahead & staying profitable is to do your own repairs. Well done.
We do ourn own repairs as well. Over the years we have a nice inventory of any parts needed. Keep up the good work.
Dropping gems!
Damm, editing style is on point!
Don't need to bipass the hoses, simply take inlet hose off and run a long stiff wire through the inlet and run in and out pushing through the blockage in the outlet jet to clean the flow path. Easy and free!
keenan how do you get away with the exit sign not being lit in my area if the inspector shows up and its out you get fined over a grand for it
LOL. Same.
Despite the name, I'm not sure what purpose those backflow preventers serve. Are they really needed in there? The water valves send water through it, to the soap dishes, which dump into the washer. So how is there any backflow to prevent, aside from what little bit of water remains in the hose?
Your videos are really good.
Does Menards sell Band-Aids? Oh, wait, you have duct tape 😂
Use nut drivers on those clamps, they won't slip.
Good video!
Trading up is a great plan of action. I've been doing that with trucks for years and make money doing it as well as drive for free in nicer and nicer trucks. Because of it, I now have five of my favorite vehicles that I've wanted for a very long time. I'm trying to do that with property as well.
I'm having that issue on my 40lb SQ.. thanks for the tip
Hopefully that will last for a long time
My experience so far is that laundromat owners tend to let the machines run its life then they retool with new machines. All the laundromats in my area actually are run down this way. Except mine of course. :P
When u going to do bearing motor change
What if someone has no arms or fingers?
Are people liking the touchscreen? Is it worth the extra money?
Yea folks like them. I like how easy they are to program and use.
@@FollowingKeenanGlad to hear sometimes we just need the tax write off
@@steventaylor2561 i need to do more videos on them. Just so dam busy lately.
@@FollowingKeenan I just ordered 4 new 40 pound soft mounts (continentals) I didnt get the touch screens Saved the money. but heck it was 40,000 for what i got. They are going in a small country town. The stuff comming out are 25 years old
I'm not a fan of the sub titles. I have a button that I can turn them on or off and have them off but you have them on.
Our 4 washers 4 dryers laundromat is making like 500$ in a month, just about to pay for rent plus utilities. It's OK, because main use for the space is drycleaning dropoff point, + commercial uniform dropoff point, hope I explain this correctly
So laundromat is for paying for rent only
what happend to your haveing someone else do the work for you so you have time to do other things?
You didn't fix a diaphragm or a water valve.
what do you think of investment joy is he for real and i would you buy a property from him?
