I don't say this to flatter, but I wish we had at least 1 million men or so more men out there with P. Mark's mindset who spoke these truths to others! His advice is wise, loving, balanced and so needed. Come on God there are 339,996,563 people in America, please raise up (way) more men to lead and think like this! He is a true blessing and a Solomon (in Solomon's better years of judgement, that is)!

    Amen, thank you for this.
Ive always dreamed of becoming a father and guiding him but every day I quit a little bit because of the world and society I see before me, I dont think I would be doing him or her a favor to bring him here

My bio dad is a drug addict but God blessed me and my mom and brother with a man who has taught us everything my bio dad couldn’t. It took me being a parent to appreciate him but he has been my dad since I was 3yrs old

When I first realized that I was going to be a Dad, I was living g in sin, I had sex before marriage, but I was lost, but when I realized I was going to become a father, I knew I had to change my ways, and to become responsible for him, and to take care of him, he was my first. God had to send a best friend of my son, when he went to High School, he told him about Jesus, asked him to go to his church, after first my son was upset of him telling my son about Jesus so much, daily, until we decided to go, than my son heard the sermon about God sending his only begotten son Jesus who came to die for him, he got Saved, and a wwek later, I had to get right with God and now I love telling and letting him know that he has 2 fathers one, earthly who loves you, but you also have a Heavinly Father who loves you so, so much more. And I married my 2nd wife who has 5 children, and grandkids, so have more responsibility, but I love being a Father, Grandpa.

If you don't stay around long enough to fail ,then you don't fail as a father. That's the mindset of a certain type of man , animalistic instincts V modern man instincts.
