Ghana need stm and Tvet education to empower our industrial growth
Additionally the government must ensure educational reforms in the curriculum of all universities. The universities in Ghana especially the government schools produces good for nothing graduates because the lecturers are block headed with no practical experience of work ,but managed to do masters , PHD to teach . Most lecturers have not worked / gained experience in industry on their field of study . They only produces chaff and recycling of theories from what he / she was taught at university.

    🌺Work not War.
Perhaps I should have said that in addition think about building ordinary smaller units throughout the country and continent. The shortage and vast gap between our people and other races is so vast that it might take decades to catch up on equal footing.
This should include schools for the deaf/,hearing. Impaired, blind and other. disabled persons
Think of colleges and a variety of many different levels of other educational institution to train educators, health care workers, engineers, building and construction and more..

Ashasie, Accra institute of technology, all nation , academic city are some of the best universities with well equipped laboratory and research facilities.
Additionally they have experienced , knowledgeable lecturers with practical experience from industry or business or their field of work before becoming lecturers.
We should review the appointment process or how lecturers are employed in our universities
Any lecturer without working experience should be dismissed or disqualified.
We don’t need theory graduates but rather knowledge base graduate with experience from qualified professionals.
Most of our lecturers should be sacked. If I have the opportunity to change things. . I will dismiss most of the government universities lecturers and replace them with Indians, Chinese with working experience in their fields of teaching
