Did Wyatt reach the 200 beats per minute folded scale goal with alternate picking or all downstrokes? I'm still working on your 85 bpm downstroke exercise and I'm wondering how that pace compares with what Wyatt was working on.

definitely alternating! (and that's with the click on a quarter note - modern count, so Down-Up-Down-Up for each metronome beat)
