Bread & Sugar Retail and Ash & Rock Powder Processing | HORSCH AgroVation Farm | FS 22 | ep #09

Welcome back to the HORSCH AgroVation Farm Timelapse. We begin our daily operations by completing the contracted wheat harvest. Following its culmination, a portion of the harvested wheat remains under our care, which we then transport to our milling facility. Here, we process the wheat into flour, which is subsequently delivered to the bakery. At the bakery, we load ourselves up with freshly baked bread and distribute it to various sales outlets. In addition to these tasks, we also procure and deliver pallets of stones for further processing. This marks the conclusion of our workday.
The following morning, we resume our deliveries of flour to the bakery and distribute the freshly baked bread to eager customers. Simultaneously, we are in the midst of constructing a new facility for manufacturing mineral feed additives. Furthermore, we make a visit to the sugar factory to transport the finished products.
Returning to our agricultural endeavors, we dispatch a FENDT 1050 tractor equipped with a HORSCH TIGER 8 MT cultivator to prepare a field for sowing. Meanwhile, our other FENDT 724 VARIO tractor, outfitted with a HORSCH TRANSFORMER 12 VF weeder, is deployed to eliminate weeds in a cornfield. Subsequently, we proceed to clear the field of stones with the help of the stone picker, after which we bring in a FENDT 936 VARIO tractor equipped with a HORSCH MAESTRO 9.75 RX planter to sow beet seeds.
Meanwhile, we commence the delivery of raw materials required for the production of mineral feed additives. Our initial deliveries include ash sourced from our thermal power plant, followed by rock powder and lime from the stone processing facility. We also purchase molasses and road salt in pallet quantities from the store and transport them to our production site. With all the necessary ingredients in place, we initiate the production process.
