Lemon peels - 850-900 grams
Salt - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tbsp
Carom seeds ( Ajwain ) - 1 tsp
Asafoetida ( Hing ) - 1/4 tsp
White Vinegar - 4 tbsp
