- In this challenge we decide to take on fallout 4 as a vault doctor we used wieldable scalpels mod to be able to use a weapon and we are the on the only Dr Brainwash so let's just see how evil we can be in this wasteland of raiders!

Curie would have been a good companion. She is a nurse robot. Also all doctors sell syringer rifle so I assume it's the main weapon for them. And there is also a surgical mask you can find to put on with the goggles.
Also curie gives you stimpacks and her perk heals you for 100 HP whenever you are at 20 % HP every in game 24 hours. This pairs very good with nerd rage. You can rest for 24 h before going to any dungeon or area to always have the perk active.
I never thought of this that would of been excellent I did do medic to sort of do this and it would've worked amazingly well with curie at early levels and the theme would of been on point!
@@InsaneFrame Dr. Brainwash returns future video with these additions? Maybe expanding his empire to Nuka World and Far Harbor, kills heroes like the Mechanist?
Also there is a hat called medical cap that adds energy damage resistance

Non can surpass Dr Brainwash and his cunning is second to none also Kellog was shown how to be a true villain
@@InsaneFrame Yes, he was taught in the proper ways. And despite Kellogg being dead, he was given a business card for tryout sessions with Dr. Brainwash, as well as scheduled checkups!

I think you could get away with using laser weaponry, the commonwealth could always use a laser surgery specialist

Edit: as a doctor, i feel like usage of the syringer and chems would be allowed as these are common items to doctors throughout the wasteland

I would have taken 10 mm for a weapon as it's the most common for vaults and many cryolator as an excuse it's for cooling injuries on the road
probably should've to be fair just wanted to be a doctor themed run

Or another suggestion would be beating Fallout 4 as a mechanic.
(Wear a mechanic jumpsuit and use a tire iron as the weapon of choice)

A balders gate run you say may have to try it at some point!
@@InsaneFrame I am not sure tho if that's gonna be easy. Because in Fallout you can ignore side quests and still earn enough XP to not fall of a cliff. If you have to do most side quests for every baldurs gate 3 run, that's gonna be a nightmare to produce.
But you could probably do some fun runs, maybe even with coop. (Can you beat baldurs gate using only barrelmancy for example)

should have used the cryo gun in the vault at the beginning, paired with the scalpel of course
need master lockpicking and might be doing a run of this in future ;)

You can use the Gamma Gun to "X-ray your patients", or give them radiation "therapy".
Im surprised you didnt consider the syrenger, cryolator, or gamma gun for this challenge. All of those seem like science based weapons a doctor might use.

I second the good doctor coming back for the DLC with Curie. Also i wonder what it would be like to use the scalpel with Blitz!

I've found a vaulttec labcoat in the vault, sometimes.
its not a guarantee but it does have a high chance of spawning
Doctors also use bone saws so you coulda used a generic saw as a weapon
that would've suited this run very well :)
