I love that Gregg answered the two most impossible questions with such ease
you should've kept in all the parts where Gregg long-windedly attempts to justify his wrong answers.
No, I'm pretty sure this was the correct way to do it. In Europe maybe they would have left those parts in, but in America it's just a Q & wrong A.
Uh, pretty sure you can't just copy all of on cinema and upload it to another channel, that would be copyright infringement.
@@oldhucklebuck8112 That is exactly right it has to do with metric vs imperial system and live bear wrestling.
@@oldhucklebuck8112 in America its very dumbed down
that's legit the funniest part of stump the buff lmao
First, Gregg is a a film buff. The man doesn’t think like we think. We think in squares he thinks in circles cause ultimately Gregg isn’t a fact reciting machine he is a story teller. He loves the stories of Hollywood and how they make him feel.
damned as a Jean Luc Godard Swiss/French expert myself, I have to admit; this comment is true.
This describes my particular brand of stupidity in general
THANK YOU. Finally- I've been saying this since DAY ONE.
I love how Tim just rolls this out whenever he wants to punish Gregg
Most of these are considered “incorrect” based on the silly technicality of how long one considers a decade to be.
One of the only times Gregg has been correct is when he noted that the year 1980 is not part of the decade the 1980s.
2:47 the first time I was binging this series and Kirk and Spock popped up in front of the Golden Gate I nearly pissed myself laughing. Such a good running joke
Yup me too I died
And Antman being the lowest rated movie in On Cinema history 😂
@@IDontTalkToCops love it
The knowledge he must have to get these purposely wrong proves that he is actually a true movie buff.
Star Trek 2/4 is one of the best jokes.
Can you explain? I've watched some of these and find it hilarious but haven't seen that one
@@tfigmoney520 I found this lovely super cut ruclips.net/video/QaDvjdho9XM/видео.html
@@tfigmoney520 Here's your explanation, and it's a good one.
ruclips.net/video/OEXTFUMU-ss/видео.html
@@tfigmoney520 I think the joke is that of all the Star Treks, 2 and 4 are the most iconic and recognizable. Like, it's impossible to switch them around. It's just known, and 4 is just so batshit insane, I mean, spock talks to whales
Bilbo Baggins is a personal hero of Gregg’s. Also these questions weren’t fair. Ask him about runtimes and the Buff would have it down.
This should be required viewing for anyone who considers Gregg an expert.
He was sleep deprived during this quizz
Everybody has an off day
Timheads just don't understand.
@@Zerox5861 Greggheads are the sorest losers imaginable. Just accept that your “hero” is about as much a film buff as Dr San is a legitimate doctor
Tim asked a bunch of trick questions. Gregg is a true film buff all the way.
"you would have been wrong no matter what" should be the tagline of this segment
i love when star trek 4 comes up, Gregg clearly knows the correct answer, but he's so stubborn he will even give up on a 1000 dollars
I love when Gregg tries to do stump the host and Tim inexplicably remembers the producer for Casablanca.
Tim knowing the answer wasn't inexplicable, it was written on the poster right next to him. The poster being there was inexplicable I guess.
@@Jethro7e I never noticed that, impressive that Tim was able to read a name properly on the first try
I love how sure of himself he is until he gets them wrong, and then is confidence just slowly fades away LOL
My sides exploded when Spock and Kirk popped up.
Me too , I died . Like the 2 vs 4 controversy was inevitable
UNSTUMPABLE (2010, 98min, starring Gregg Turkington and George Washington)
These are clearly all edited just to make it look like Gregg doesn't know what he is talking about. You can see the jump cuts and the lighting just doesn't 'add up'!
you did my boy greg dirty by cutting out all his debates...
That's debatable.
Gregg's loud sigh after the Star Trek photo pops up kills me
That buzzer sound is so satisfying 😄
Dennis Reynolds would like a word with you.
Wow, I can't believe Gregg got those two answers right. They were hard! Reckon he's a true Cinema Buff!
They were all loaded questions. You cannot stump the buff, which is why AMC hired him as their resident movie expert.
AMC Movie theater employee*
buff=stumped
THE REAL LOSER HERE is the viewing public, who can’t see the unedited video where Gregg corrects each of Tim’s questions. Instead, they’re just left with the impression that Gregg might have been wrong. That’s a real shame because moviegoers aren’t exposed to the deeper answers, much like how Master Codebreaker Kington might expose the real answers in _Decker._ People should remember, ‘what you see is not always what you get,’ like in _The Sting_ or maybe _The Crying Game._
i was fucking dying at the "all proceeds go to the american cancer society" scrolling past each of these stupid questions, especially "how do you spell richard dreyfuss?"
This should be required viewing for anyone who considers Tim to have the slightest intelligence. "Stump the buff" with your questions, not your phrasing tim!!!
spoken like a true gregghead. Dekkar sucks.
OMG OMG OMG! I have seen this and watch this video on RUclips and it was awesome! I love Gregg Turkington because he's more goated than Tim! 🐐 I also love the Stump the Buff scenes where Gregg keeps saying the wrong answers but got a couple of these right! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
You left out most of Greg's refusala to admit he was wrong - the best parts
it is impossible to stump Gregg Turkington.
Some expert
We’re not on millionaire!
I just love how he made the segment just to be able to Jab at Gregg for a while lol Gosh I love on cinema
The “buff” was stumped
This isn’t fair, the questions should be asked properly, especially if they’re in question trivia format about film trivia.
Those were technicalitise.
As a Gregghead this is difficult to watch
Well he’s not wrong 😑
I got star trek 4, just saying;)
Incorrect...thats star trek 4...
so cruel
Wrong! Tatum O'Neal IS the youngest oscar winner! Tim is slandering Greg😡
What a buff. What a joke.
none of this is funny
finally someone says it
