Hi Max, I'm a huge fan of your channel. This was an excellent vlog and I thought the camera quality and the editing was awesome! May I ask you a question? What camera was used here as its not a Canon T6i Rebel (as the quality of the camera used here is much better than your previous vlogs) and what editing software do you use? Best wishes, James
Parsi cuisine look distinct and delicious. Other than the Chicken Pulao ,(which reminds me of Briyani), all the other dishes and desserts look unique. Wow, such diversity of cuisine can be found in India! 👍👍👍
I love how you zoomed on the dishes, it’s almost like we are tasting the food with you..... The last restaurant takes you way back in time how like you said it hasn’t aged at all. Very nice location and the food looks delicious, especially the rice. Thanks for sharing Max and please stay safe wherever you are. Until next time byeeeeee.....
Awesome!! India is DEFINITELY ON THE MAP for sure next year! Can’t wait to discover epic eats there & vlog!!! Parsi food is bomb for sure!! 😍😆 Chai ALL DAY!💫 ~~happy eating! Love how someone else is filming for you! Such a new look to the video! 💪🏼 good job, Max!
India especially hotels are crazy expensive unless you are ready to sleep in slums. 100 usd per day is a minimum budget for accomdation food and safe transports
Wow, Max! I’m half Parsi, half German and Ive been following you and Chris for a while. Never would’ve thought you’d eat our food or even have heard of us. Best Parsi food is homecooked though :) Yall are great. Much love love to Vietnam!
Everything looks delicious Max & the sweets look a tad tooooo sweet!! Cool! You got me dreaming of Parsi's food. Cool vid, take care & cheers. Stay safe! 🌟
Great episode, Max! The mutton keema and akuri toast at the first place look incredible, and both dishes at the third spot have my mouth watering. They look so unique and flavorful!
I strongly feel that that chicken deserves a permanent spot on MKOE. Just saying 🤷🏻♀️😂 I have a pretty bad sweet tooth so thank you for always adding a dessert clip in your videos! I drool every time 🤤
Helloooo Max nice to see you and blog. That bread is so airy . Now to enjoy the Parsi meal. Hey, are you losing weight. Better eat more. The sweet looks so good....yummy.
At KYANI's Authentic Kheema , Other Places they Mix the Meats !!! Kheema - Pau with Chai 9Has to be Pani Kum Chai) ... Lovely (Y) or Try the Brun Maska and Chai (Y) Their Scones and Other Stuffs also Traditional and Fresh and Awesome (Y) You Should also Try BASTANIS at Victoria Terminus (Y) Great Faloodas and Juices (Y)
Some of the sweets and dishes weren't parsi actually, malai sandwich is a Indian Bengali cuisine dessert. While kheema is Indian nonveg cuisine from Maharashtra.
ylw My dear, he’s not arguing at all. He’s simply asking a question regarding the association of Parsi community and their food being intertwined together. Stay safe 🙏
haha thanks Telly! You are right I was but he is referring to the sign in the restaurant. They have a sign that says "please do not argue with management" haha
Unfortunately most of the sweets you presented aren’t Parsi., they’re Bengali sweets. Although those sweets are delicious, I wish your guide was more well versed in her suggestions.
The notice boards on the balcony are very disrespectful.....this is bullshit. I'd never visit such a place where they don't respect customers...no matter how good their food may be. The owner came here from Iran as a refugee and now look at his fooking attitude in our country on our people.

Yes, you are right. And there is still so much just in Mumbai!!!
Biriyani is also originated form. Persian Birinj ( rice) and Birian (fried before cooking)
Love and best wishes from the Parsi Zoroastrian community in Dallas. Fantastic seeing all the places I grew up with in this video

Glad you enjoyed it. I would say you are correct the last one was special!
You wouldn't step in there, if you saw their kitchen and sweaty staff. Very unhygienic.
Great episode, Max! The mutton keema and akuri toast at the first place look incredible, and both dishes at the third spot have my mouth watering. They look so unique and flavorful!

It seems like you are the only non-Indian person to have posted a video on Parsi food here on RUclips
The bokeh is nice but I wish there was more depth of field so that I can see the entire dish and the details of the restaurant interior.
Noted. will do!

ylw My dear, he’s not arguing at all. He’s simply asking a question regarding the association of Parsi community and their food being intertwined together. Stay safe 🙏
haha thanks Telly! You are right I was but he is referring to the sign in the restaurant. They have a sign that says "please do not argue with management" haha

Hi 👋
Oh Daily Mak
Hey Max , 14 th today
huh?
Unfortunately most of the sweets you presented aren’t Parsi., they’re Bengali sweets. Although those sweets are delicious, I wish your guide was more well versed in her suggestions.
Playing with your food too much. Eat and tell us about it.
A famous restaurant for rude and worst behaviour of the owner.
The notice boards on the balcony are very disrespectful.....this is bullshit. I'd never visit such a place where they don't respect customers...no matter how good their food may be. The owner came here from Iran as a refugee and now look at his fooking attitude in our country on our people.
4:52 oh thnx for the info. But one simple question so Ganjawala are those who involved in ganja business?
Thora ma Ghanu.
