  • SBA loans offer funding for buying or growing your business, backed by the government.
While the process can be thorough, these loans can be hugely beneficial for getting your start.
If you're willing to put in the work, I highly recommend exploring SBA loans

Hi! my name is Evan and I'm super stoked you want to learn more about me!
I show people how to build their businesses. I learn a skill, test it with my own companies and share it!
I got my start by selling CDs at 13 years old. I’ve worked as a fry cook, I’ve mowed lawns, built go-peds, managed restaurants, sold mortgages, worked in Hollywood, and sat at a desk. I’ve cold-called, done graphic design, pounded pavement, traded crypto, and worked on an ambulance.
I finally settled down and devoted my life to becoming a firefighter in my early 20’s. It took me 5 years of training, fire academies, and paramedic school to finally land that job.
I spent 8 years of my life answering 911 calls. Now I get to pursue my real passion, which is building businesses and educating.
My first successful company is called Scorch Marker.
I was building a commemorative plaque for the fire department in my woodshop and desperately wanted to burn our motto “together in, together out” into the wood. So I pulled out my wood-burning tool, plugged it into the wall, and screwed the whole thing up!
But my wife and I had found another way. We created a chemical solution that reacts with heat. We were inspired by RUclips creators! You apply the liquid to wood, apply heat, and the wood burns only where you drew! Pretty cool right? We invented the world’s first wood-burning marker - Scorch Marker.
Little did we know that this was the beginning of something big. We agreed to spend $500 of our savings to see if we could turn the idea into a product. 2 years later and we got into retail, became a bestseller on Amazon, created jobs, and made a lot of mistakes.
It’s the mistakes that are important. Those are the valuable, teachable moments that doers get to enjoy and learn from. They make you stronger.
Building, maintaining, scaling, running, or managing a business is not easy. But it can be done!
That's why I'm here. To teach what I've learned so you don't have to make the same mistakes that I did!
Can't wait to hear from you!
    Evan

    Another SBA success story!
I'm an SBA lender and have been in this space for nearly 10 years. It's always a great feeling to be able to help my borrowers obtain the capital they need to achieve their business goals 🙂

I'm glad to know many already getting their grant payment approved from her not just me and my friends, she has really made a good name for her grant writer, apart from her amazing. honesty is the key, without fear l'm so happy meeting her. I received my grant payment weekly ago through Mrs Patricia service.

I stumbled upon one of Mrs Patricia clients testimonies and decided to try her out.. and she’s a indeed a professional grant writer mentor
Pay someone to do it for your business as long as you're able to earn more with your time than it costs to pay someone to free up your time, it's usually a good idea to do it. That’s why you can get the service of a Grant Writer like Mrs Patricia to help you prepare your grant proposal letter for grant applications
If you can't, then deal with the "pain" being in business is hard sometimes

My family had a debt because of the Covid-19 pandemic, which really affected our restaurant. I tried getting a loan but no avail, then I saw Mrs Patricia recommendation and I tried her service out and fortunately my grant application got approved. Right now I'm free of my debt and have enough capital for my business may God continue to bless her work.

I've been having a concern about the grant payment other than EIDL. When I checked them out they require 2021 and 2022 taxes to qualify. For those of us who needed EIDI, most of us probably don't qualify for those loans because COVID impacted our businesses so drastically that we barely made an income from those years. All thanks to Mrs Patricia for her grant method I got approved and finally got funded with no Bs.

Actually, you don't. Many of my applicants are startups and have not yet formed their business entity at the time of application. However, prior to closing, they'll have to go through the quick/easy process of creating a business entity.

@alexandercantero7881 I've had 3-4 lenders tell me this, which is very frustrating. Do you offer something different?

Hi there! This would actually be an ineligible use of SBA proceeds. The SBA loan programs can potentially refinance commercial real estate that is owner-occupied, and unfortunately, "flips" don't qualify.
