Hello Rejoice, well done. Lovely video. At about 3:46 mins, there were some pretty buildings on the left, with "Harulite Egbinola" on one of the buildings. Would have been lovely to see those. Can you do a series of videos on Estates in Ilorin, established or upcoming, and the pricing and such? Not just driving through, but useful information like pricing, and availability, and contact numbers to call. There are people in the diaspora that would be very excited about this. Lagos and Ibadan, especially Lagos are both so over-exposed, and too expensive. Some of us from the hinterland would love to see if there are options of beautiful estates where we can build or buy other than in Lagos and Ibadan. You can partner with estates and builders. I think too that doing this will grow your channel exponentially.
