Tony there are regulars in Venice just like this guy for more than 30 years. Nothing has been done for decades. All of his violations are considered minor violations so the city attorney does not want to deal with it A stay away order from the airport unless he has a valit ticket cojld be a start but the City Attorney does not want to be considered anti-unhoused or homeless. AKA=No Balls, No courage. Good video and if the City Atty cared the office would contact you for the video. But they probably won't.
