    Holy moly... This workout is deceptively difficult!! Amazing talk-through, thank you! I very rarely hear the trainer out of breath in workouts, it makes you guys seem more human 🥵

    Let me clarify- your 10 min workouts are equivalent to other 30-40 minutes from someone else. That’s why I keep coming back- get so much done efficiently!
