Two 10hcp golfers should be able to shoot around even par (or better) as a scramble (I know that coz I did that myself and I’m a 9hcp). I'll be dusting off some modern day classics and heading to the range this week, last played 2 1/12 years ago.

10hcp and 19hcp scramble. So as a scramble they’re probably 7-8hcp. I think giving them 0.5 shot per hole would be generous already.
