Hi, I've not come across a suggestion by the SRA that there must be a minimum number of hours of supervision. They just want the supervisor to confirm that they directly supervised the work of the aspiring solicitor and to explain how they did this. hunningsconsultancy.co.uk/sqe2-exemption-for-foreign-lawyers-review-advice/ this is a link to a page where we give info & help regarding applications for exemption from the SQE2 exam.
This is very informative. Could you please clarify how many hours the supervisor should indicate that the applicant was supervised?
