Many, many thanks for sharing all you know with the ProStitcher! You helped this newbie personally on-line several weeks ago and I can't begin to say how much I have learned since. And it's not over yet! I find myself wishing you lived here in my attic with my longarm and ProStitcher but the videos are the next best thing!
Great series on cropping. Thank you for the info. Would you consider doing a video on edge to edge designs that actually meet at points from one row to the next?
If I get a project I can use it on, I will make one. I actually don't do a lot of designs that have to meet up because you have to be more careful and take a little more time to make sure things are set up correctly. In that case, I do use the needle down method to advance the quilt, it is more accurate usually.
Hi Bonnie I'm about to try this myself - using the maze design from PS prem - to make sure the e2e designs from one row overlap with the next row - I have adjusted the space between rows to a negative number as I need the 2 rows to overlap to get the look/effect I'm after. Adam, Keep up the great educational videos, there are always some great tips, words of wisom that you share with us, Thank you.
Thanks for the great videos! I use Crop Start/End to move the start point to the top of the design. I have an HQ16 and it is difficult to align rows that begin in the middle of the design--not enough throat space to get to the next start point. Works great to move the start point at the top of the design.
Hi Adam, I watched all your crop series and thanks so much for the info and teaching. It really helps. I am doing my first “crop” and wondered if there is a way to move the points of the stitching design to better fit around the crop rather than changing the crop area? Thanks
Not that you can do in Pro-Stitcher. If you have Pro-Stitcher Designer, you can send the workspace right into Designer and do edits there. You do having to have the latest version of Pro-Stitcher, and Designer registered on your tablet.
Hi Adam. Love these videos. I am trying to quilt around a Christmas tree that is 2 rows tall. I watched all three videos and the answer may be here but I can't put it together. Can you help me understand how to do this.
You have to crop out the row you are working on, baseline and then crop out the second half when you advance. Be careful that you don’t have a random straight line stitching across the bottom of the cropped out area if you close your edges.

My next deal is pro stitcher for my long am. Trying to get my shop opened

They haven’t been super busy but also did go to the far end where no one was. The center of the airport was busier.
