Reaching Out To Corperate Again For Phoenix Metals

Reached out to Corperate for Phoneix Metals a couple other times before and left voice mails for the manager of HR there but still haven't heard anything back yet about the accident that happened at the Spring Hill, Tennessee location where I was working 2nd shift since November 2, 2023 until the day I got fired from there, the night after it was a near death accident that happened by another worker and I was injured in the process of trying to help that person out and it wasn't reported to the upper management or wasn't any safety meetings about the situation after it happend and no other shift was told about it. like it was getting covered up and I went in the next day and let the head manager know the situation that happened, he wasn't informed about it after getting back into town from a company meeting in Nashville with the higher ups of the Company and I wrote out a close to 2 page report about the accident that happend. I haven't been on contact with a lawyer yet about the situation that happened but I did request for the video footage of the accident and was told I have to reach out to Corperate to receive it ‪@phoenixmetals4408‬
