    Ever wonder what it's like to land a single engine plane at a large Class B Airport like Philadelphia International? Well here you go, this a quick flight from KJYO (Leesburg) to Philadelphia (KPHL) in a cessna 182 g1000.
    Route:
    KJYO - WOOLY - V214 - DQO - KPHL
    with an ILS 17 approach (then turned to visual)

    Brutal! 🤣 Heck, how fast does he expect a Skylane to fly an approach? (What was your approach speed before mile final anyway?) Seriously, though, I found your video while looking for light GA into PHL, long-term planning for a possible trip. Thank you!

    • @bdanza
      @bdanza  3 года назад +1

      Dude, I was riding downhill at full throttle, probably 140 kts until a mile out. I think they just like giving us crap. PHL is super easy and cheap for a class B. I know Atlantic gets a ton of crap in GA world, but they are very nice at PHL, I've taken the courtesy car to get cheesesteaks a few times.
