Yes!! I was actually thinking that pairing this camera with a range finder would make it too top! How do you work with the rangefinder? Do you focus through it and get a distance and you put that distance on the lens? Thanks for commenting!
@@CrunchyFingers Yes, the rangefinder gives you the distance and you then set your lens to that number. This turns the relatively cheap 1B into a top camera as you have the large viewfinder with only one frame line (not several to distract you as in the IIIC). I also have the IIIc with the 35mm and 80mm lenses but these are a bit of a pain to use. The 1B with the Voigtlander finder is my preference
Very nice. Another time you could try an older Retina. Especially the ones without rangefinder are really small and fit nicely in your palm. Keep it up!
Thanks Chris!! Me love a small camera so I’ll have a look out for those. I have to say I extremely love this one, and I’m so happy the lightmeter actually works quite well, such a beautiful camera 😍😍
The Kodak Retina looks really cute and compact, although I tend to struggle a bit with zone focusing. Nice photo walk and pictures! The location looks really interesting
The zone focusing is indeed a skill, I just recommend you go out and try try try ☺️ thanks for passing by and commenting, it was a super nice place to shoot at for sure 😍
I have a Retina 1B and love it. I use a Voigtlander range-finder that fits on the cold-shoe. This is a very high quality camera.

@@CrunchyFingers Beware! many got addicted to the little Retinas. You might found yourself with many of them in no time :)
