Yes true, but u are missing or hiding one of the important reason that he resigned his job from nehru government. he resigned his job for two main reasons. First one, as the video rightly said..gender equality (condition of women in all caste should be improved). hence, every single woman in india who has come out of their house for the education and job . they must treat Dr. Ambedkar as a icon of their life. unfortunately they are not aware of it. Second one , Dr.Ambedkar also fought for backward communities(for OBC reservation) who are socially and economically backwards. This particular page was deliberately hidden by so called caste and most of the OBC are not aware that he fought for OBC reservation and resigned his job. otherwise Dr.Ambedkar is also an icon for OBC people if they are aware of this fact.

He said, only that portion of the Bill, which deals with reservation for women and labour laws, ( 8 hours duty etc ), have been taken for approval but the Hindu Code Bill was ignored. So after 15 days from the date of submission, he resigned. Now we can verify his idea in resigning his Central Minister, post, with some other writings and speeches of Dr Ambedkar. In 1950, the Constitution ( Scheduled caste) Order 1950 had been passed by the Government. This had two paras. Para 4, states that , " notwithstanding anything contained in para, 2, no person who professes a religion different from Hinduism shall be deemed to be a member of Scheduled caste ". The above para, states that a member of SC, should profess Hinduism only. In order to better professing of Hinduism, Dr Ambedkar, might have submitted Hindu Code Bill. As this was not accepted, he cannot profess Hinduism, for the satisfaction of other Hindus. Here and there definitely the caste Hindus, will object, since Hinduism is having so many sub- division like Saivism Vaishnavism, etc, Now, anyone who should profess Hinduism, will be in confusion id it not?. So, as the Hindu Code Bill was not accepted, Dr Ambedkar, resigned. He converted to Buddhism. This also proves that he resigned only for want of religion and Hindu Code Bill. He demanded appointment of Archahars from all caste in temples. This also proves the the non acceptance of Hindu Code Bill and his resignation. In 1927, he had suggested for not eating Non Vegetarian Foods. This also proves his idea of resigning his Law Minster's post. Only on the suggestion for appointment of Archahars in temples, other than SC, can claim that Dr Ambedkar, also supported OBC.
