Following the incident on the Saturday 7th May and social media videos that are circulating involving a member of the public that we were called to as part of our duties.
Upon arriving at the scene after being alerted by members of the public , we found one male clearly in distress and also acting in a criminal nature by allegedly exposing himself, this is obviously an extremely serious situation and as per our training, we became immediately concerned for the males safety and general wellbeing.
We also had the serious nature's of the reports, and began to form a corden around him, not only for the safety of others, but crime scene prevention and most importantly to give medical services a safe space to work if required.
Whilst we appreciate any members of the public wishing to record are perfectly within their right to do so, we also have to think about, not only there safety but the safety of the team, medical personal and also the wellbeing of the person In question who to repeat was clearly in distress and very vulnerable.
At no point did we or enforcement need to restrain the male or use physical intervention techniques.
We asked the members of the public to take some steps backwards and also not to record on this occasion due to the nature of the complaint, also a member of the team were already recording with the use of body cameras as per our policies and procedures, so the incident was logged.
It Is with regret that whilst 99% of the public complied with our request for the safety of themselves and the privacy of the male, a certain individual refused to comply with our reasonable and polite requests on several occasions. Then started to record a very vulnerable situation
We only needed to create a safe space.
It is with further regret that in the high pressure and serious situation, that we used language not benefitting the company ethos.
For which we apologise, but we hope the general public can understand that often as the first teams on scene it can be a very difficult position, especially when the allegations were as serious as they where.
We have spoken to the security industry authority, and numerous clients and no further action has been taken.
We ask for the public to place themselves in the operatives situation, and try to understand, that we are only trying to look after the public in difficult circumstances, we to are part of this community and are only trying to improve it and make it safer for all.
How on earth can we let criminals like this have a security licence to work with the public? Whoever employed his firm needs sacking too.
I doubt he even has an SIA license which is why he does not have it on display. He is just running a company which IMHO is poor but there is no law against it. He clearly gets a bit of a power trip putting on all the stab vest etc and going out playing cop, but he is nothing but a walt.

Sounds like a drug dealer / smuggler who made his money , invested in legitimate businesses and created a back story to explain how he managed to do so well and attempt to cover his tracks .

If he has a criminal record for drugs, he cant register as security, but what he can do is be a manager, but that restricts him from talking to the public, just makes him an overseer of his security team 🤪

yes, he can hold a 'non front line' license with the SIA (manager), its much easier to get and requires no training courses with less stringent checks. such things are common in the industry.. its full of wrong'ens... some really good company's out there though.
So the only license he could get, he broke the conditions of. The guy is a real big brain, huh?
@@andybliss5965 back in the day when I work security, this is how they got around the criminal record, this allows them to be at the venue but only to observe and I guess give instruction on the sly, I can't honestly say what would lawfully be aloud, with regards to how they can give instructions to the team, another loophole to allow thugs to intimidate people 🤪

Excellent work on the investigation Marti! I'd urge viewers to contact the local council who are responsible for his contracts. However cynical you are about your local council, I can guarantee you from experience that they are very sensitive about their contractors and will take action in the light of poor performance and serious complaints.
Doesn't look like the council have done a CRB check. Wonder if they saw the original & Marti's video, they would like to end the firm's contract.
The councils he's local to him no excatly who there getting in bed with it's all about money and corrupt shit .
If the councillors fail to take this seriously and don't terminate his contract, then they should be sued individually when he invariably badly injures someone.

Today Hinton Security Services removed from their website all the names/logos of their clients, so here is a list: CZ Event Management, Darlington Borough Council, Stockton-on Tees Borough Council, South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Hartlepool United Football Club, Waitrose (there was also a testimonial from Lee Coleman, store manager of Waitrose Hexham), Mighty Events Ltd, Ushaw, Van Mildert College (part of Durham University) and Artichoke Trust. I wonder how many of their clients will still use their services after learning about Jonathan’s behaviour.
Emailed all councillors at Stockton. As should everyone here. His contract MUST be terminated ASAP.

The Registered Office for the company changed. A limited company must have a Registered Office. This is just where all correspondence is sent. It is not that unusual for a company address to change, but in the case of this company, it is a very recent alteration.
I am also interested as to what impact this has all had upon all of the employees of the company.
Also, I am extremely curious as to what transpired before the footage that has now become quite popular.
After seeing the Facebook release on how they condone this idiots behaviour, I'm thinking that he's maybe a director or something. Do we know if it's a decent sized company or some tinpot company that was just cheaper than everybody else?

I'm a door supervisor and security supervisor and your spot on. he's a bully boy and I'd make short work of him if I came across him. I'm from the North of Ireland and little men like him in the British army used to run and hide often when locals stood up to them with the same force they entered areas with. he must have been very young when here as the majority of British army left Ireland in 1998 after the IRA ceasefire..
