This malacia situation has been going on for too long and i feel fans deserve some clarification about what is going on.
This is going to be a great year for United. Ten Hag truly knows what he’s doing and had time to adapt and now get into a good position as Utd manager within the club. Also, never forget: this guy has already proven who he is and what his norms and morals are. He will not start to whine for new players in October, or start fights, pitting players against each other, or scream at refs. You all know who he is and he’s finally in a position to deliver results consistently.
I have zero confidence in his or United ability to scout players, i really struggle being exited about the transfer periods.

After Olise left for Bayern, I believe our focused changed to generational and supreme young talents within the spine of the team. Ahmad and Antony are the biggest winners from Bayerns gain. The wings will be revisited in January and summer 2025.

Left out Malacia. Feel bad for the him. I thought he was promising as a squad player, but this amount of time sidelined is not a good sign. With Shaw’s injury history, a new lb has to be purchased. Amass is an exciting prospect but too young and small for the rigors of the EPL. A year or two away.

Thought the same thing when we didn't hear a single word about the injury all of last year- Guess that the price he payed for skiing a week before pre season.

One thing is clear Sir Jim Rarcliffe is a successful businessman and the richest in the UK, so he won't want to be a failure in England.
De ligt, second CB here, Yoro is first choice but needs convincing, Inancio is solid second choice and Branthwaite third but only if price is correct. Ugarte AND Neves, Zirkzee is coming. Then a rb and lb, Gutierrez and Frimpong. This would change the entire playing dynamic for ten Hag. This is all achievable through sales and WAGE reduction.
