I've been praying for elemental magw and shaman to work for so long. If the only real chance they have to actually be viable - lamplighter - gets nerfed because of ROGUE, I'm going to be SO mad.
@@jiveturkey333333 Bounce around hasn't been a meta player basically ever since its release, and it's not even being run in all of the lists I saw. The real culprits are obviously Shadowstep, Breakdance and Sonya. With that being said, since the balance team is seemingly allergic to nerfing these cards, I'd rather bounce around take the hit than lamplighter.
Some toxic stuff does have a place in the meta. Like hyper aggro cheap decks that have kept slow formulaic 200k dust greedy decks from becoming the mandatory thing to run in HS since the beginning of the game. They're complete bs to face, and we've all complained at a certain point after dying turn 4, but they are the unsung heroes of Hearthstone.
@@moonlight2870 How about dying on turn one from conceding? pretty much the same thing...next step is to stop playing...even more efficient if that is what you're looking for. I rather PLAY a 19 turn game than waste my time with dying on turn 4
I had thought of this combo before the expansion release, and was definitely something I wanted to try, but figured it would be a fun, niche OTK combo that could catch some slower decks. Maybe it'll drop off once decks are more optimised, but never thought it would be as strong as its looking right now.
I have to be honest the first time I saw this on launch day while I was playing some Lynessa/Liandra sunscreen deck and I was not happy with the results i was getting and some rogue just dumpstered me with this decklist. I was like R.I.P control, R.I.P Druid and Warrior, it was looking so good for them pre-release.
How do you feel about the elemental ratios. Was playing both your old variation and the VS version and found that lamplighter resets damage if you dont play an elemental. With your version I found it hard to play the lamp up to more than 5 damage cuz the chain would break.
Some people are using the mini elemental that gives you frost spells to help with the elemental count. I forgot to mention this. It could be worth running.
That DH got the worst draw ever. Also don't think he should have play the 1 drops or the hozen before having his tokens online. Think the pirates win that matchup more often than not

Ok. This is the first combodeck in two years that I acualy like/love plaing. Maibe its becose its insanely stupid or becose I love plaing elementals but I love this deck and I'm going to play this deck as mutch as posible before its nerfed 😅 . Thank you for sharing it but I'm surten that my oponets will hate you ! 😅
I think they should wait with a bit with nerfs on cards from the new expansion. I've met so many different decks so far at 4-5k legend and nothing feels truly "broken" so yet. And new decks will keep happening for a couple of weeks probably. The biggest problem still seems to be Zilliax imo. Rotating it early seems like a kinda good idea.

Honestly a buff to 2 mana and slowing the damage by a turn could work
I expect bounce around to be targeted instead of lamplighter to try and avoid exactly that.

I gotta be honest, dying on turn 4 is better than dying at turn 19 from fatigue. At least one was quick and I get to just roll another game.

The Nerf can altough a buff. Make it 2 Mana and change stats to 3/1

watching an infinite armor zilliax abusing warrior getting OTK'd is soo satisfying.
you can play the flame ele first @16:55 to get 1 extra dmg on the first lamplighter

The worst thing is late otk/combo decks need this much damage to kill control decks with the absurd armor game they’ve given Druid and warrior.
at 25:00 you had way more damage with sonya, the 1 mana elemental and bounce around right?

Honestly this deck is really cheap. You also dont need the legendary bounce. It helps but its not necessary.
