Thank you for your kind feedback. There is no professional/engagement fees from our perspective. However, there are the other normal associated costs with purchasing a property or business property, such as legal fees, notary etc. We can go through this in more detail and give you a free personal quote. This will be the amount of staff, turnover etc. You would be recommended to seek legal advice on this. We look at residency by property investment in businesses (which we do all the due diligence and manage on your behalf). The minimum investment for this is 500k EUR, however (as per the video), we have a unique scheme where the starting amount is as little as 350k EUR.
