Jesus, how long is your group in combat? XD
Well, I've had groups fighting enemies for longer. Sometimes it's more of a war of attrition than a real fight, sometimes your PCs don't know if they should cast fireball or not... and ponder endlessly... And sometimes you're like me, hauling incredibly powerful, but arrogant monsters at them, who end up taunting the party and playing with their food instead of directly murdering them. No matter how hard I've tried...I've never found any music that sounds remotely as authentic and raw as TW3's music sounds...man is TW3 awesome. And the music just makes it all the more better. No medieval track, no matter how much I searched, sounds remotely as authentic, all sound like they're in the modern era and all sound...dreamily fantastical...
Out of everyone in CD Projekt Red, the composer that works for them I consider is the most CRITICAL guy for that company, I legit could not play a CD Projekt red game without his soundtrack in it, he is basically the finally touch that makes Witcher 3 fucking fantastic
Try some of the old videos from Arany Zoltan, such as Totus Floreo (and to a lesser degree Non é Gran Cousa, unfortunately he deleted the earlier version of this last one)
Shadow of the colosus..
Witcher 3 music has the perfect level of intensity for DnD combat, I can't count how many times I've used this video as background music. It's of course helped by the absolutely flawless transitions between tracks. Beautiful!
The party I dm for is currently in a corrupted forest fighting the monsters, druids, and were-creatures within. I use this video frequently for combat, as well as a 50 minute video of the lessen fight music on loop for bosses.
All songs included with the extended versions and mixed superbly! Especially the ending part with Tesham Mutna is simply killing it! Cheers on you mate

Cant understand how some people say this is a bad game... just the soundtrack is an absolute masterpiece
Not everything is for everyone, I personally love the game and everything Witcher related. It’s okay to like/dislike something just as long you don’t force your opinion on others!
Who the hell thinks this is a bad game? Lol
Lol, the only people who think it's a bad game they didn't play it at all.
The game sure is not perfect nothing is but saying it's bad is too big of a stretch
I got bored really quickly at the beginning of the game. What RDR2 and TW3 have in common is prologue part you spend an hour and something till you get to better part you can explore.
Couldnt play TW3 for a month because of that reason.
If they want to make something interesting to play, make part at the beginning to go with the bang, not to be lulababy.
GTA 5, Just Cause 2, Watch Dogs etc. had that which made me kept playing to the end.
TW3 became better when i got Ursine gear. But it was really painful playin on DM difficulty from the beginning.
They havent fixed that quest where you have to protect someones brother from monsters to get the paper.

This is so well mixed. I don't even particularly like the Hunt or Be Hunted tracks, but cut with The Hunt is Coming between them, they get an entire transition piece that makes the vocal version a great progression on the instrumental. Fantastic job. Oh, I also dig that you still kept it largely chronological, even though moving pieces around wildly could have made it easier to transition. Listening to this through largely preserves the feeling of progressing through the game.
