The objective of the Obetsebi Lamptey Interchange Project, to be developed in Accra, the biggest city in Ghana, is to alleviate traffic congestion occurring at the intersection of Ring Road West and Winneba/Graphic Road through the upgrading of the traffic circle and development of two flyovers allowing continuous traffic flow along Ring Road West. The design of the Obetsebi Lamptey Interchange Project consists of two fully integrated ‘tiers’,.

The road network is bad
It never stops traffic flow and the traffic will be around it cause the traffic more

Every road construction caused traffic. But after the work is done it improves the traffic situation
