  • This card gives the illusion of puzzle pieces but is much simpler than that! It features the Cheerful Daisy stamp set and Stylish Shapes Dies but I'd love to see your designs as well! Be creative with this fun technique.

    I really like this card for several reasons: it is fast and easy to make, which is very helpful for me since I usually make at least 15 cards of each design; it is a very interesting and unusual design, very eye catching; and, most importantly, it uses only a small stamped or die cut design for the whole card. I have so many beautiful stamps and dies that are too small to be the whole card front, and using this card will be perfect for them!
    Thank you!

    I am a new subscriber and I love this style card. I am just getting into card making. I do have a Cricut machine and I have a Sizzit embosser. but I do not have a cutter that you use metal templets for. I thought I would be able to use it in the embosser, but it doesn't. at present I am looking for all things I may need in making cards. I sure do love this style and will use it in making my grandsons graduation card. I may need to just do some tracing and cutting with a scissor to get the shapes.

    • @RobynsRoost
      @RobynsRoost  Год назад +1

      Hi Wanda, start simple with a ruler, exacto knife or scissors. If you really get into card making you can add more tools. A die cutting machine is a fun tool but is a bit of an investment.

I couldn't find the dimensions for this exact card but I did find them for a similar card that I did in a class. Those squares were 1 1/2", 1 5/8", and 1 15/16". I hope that helps. It should work with any straight edged shape that will fit on the card.
