As a 49ers fan I’m worried about no Trent vs the Jets defense. Puni has been a surprise but it’ll be a struggle without the HOFer blindside tackle. I feel like the 49ers will be better defensively this year as a whole

The reason why Brock Purdy is the starting quarterback? Remember Jimmy garoppolo, signing the biggest contract in 49ERS history then got ghost 👻 on Kyle and Brian Grease who's the quarterback coach. BA and Trent will be on the team. CMC will be fit. Floyd day to day. Secondary looks good, Linebackers we've got a conveyor of system guys. D-Line looks no worse when healthy. Receivers and Backs is stacked. QB room got better. Remember Niners use the draft to develop the roster. Next man up policy always works a treat. In recent seasons practice squad players have all contributed. It's a marathon not a sprint.
I don't know why the niners front office always waits 'til the last moment to get their best players signed..It costs them more, risks player injury and creates dissension..This policy smacks of jed york

Depending upon how Deebo goes this year with injuries, it could be his last year. I'd like to see Ward and Lenoir extended as well. BA needs to be kept, Purdy's favourite target and does the dirty off ball stuff really well. 3 O-Line rookies done a great job in pre-season could save a pretty penny over next few years.
