Villa Tartosa || The Sims 4 Speed build

Welcome to another The Sims 4 speed build where we're going to build a Villa Tartossa. It's inspired by the new Felixandre Mediterranean-inspired cc pack called Grove. For this house, I combined a lot of different Mediterranean architectural styles and designs like Moroccan, Egyptian, Greek, Italian, and more.
As always for this Villa Tartossa, I've been using some amazing Sims 4 custom content. The Sims 4 cc list and the tray file are going to be available on my Tumbler.
It's built in Tartosa (The Sims 4 My wedding stories) on a 50x40 lot and it's made for a family of five. For the parents, 2 kids and a toddler It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

♡ IMPORTANT!!!!
If you want to change my original walls or wallpapers, in order for everything to stay in place you need to install the Better BuildBuy mod from the Twisted Mexi ( / 58259532 ) and turn on deletion protection as an option in BBB's filter panel. Turn it on while necessary and turn it back off immediately after.
♡ Unable The sims 4 cheats (If you have a Better BuildBuy mod you have this automatically) :
First type: ctrl + shift + c
Then type: testingcheats true - press enter
Next cheat: bb.showhiddenobjects
Next cheat: bb.showlive edit objects
Next cheat: bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement
In the search menu type: DEBUG
AND UNLOCK DEBUG SECTION
- with all the items from the game

Well, I'm going to leave a comment a bit similar to the previous video. There is that youtuber who also makes incredible constructions of the sims and makes some pools that are crazy (and I'm sure that with just that many people know what I'm talking about). Every time I'm impressed by her ability, but it's like “aha, I'll never have something like that”. But this pool and the previous one, both combining with their cozy landscaping (especially this one, with the garden so planned) are like ''yeah, I could have this, it looks great'', so the feeling is much more pleasant than with the crazy pools. So, don't worry.
Personally, in this build I have fallen in love with the sand-colored arches and the wallpaper (mainly the one with stars). I don't know enough to recognize the different styles of architecture, but I did love it. In general, I will like any house with architecture that avoids the clean and modern style of a concrete box of minions. Thanks for the video!

I think that the crazy pools often goes with the modern constructions which is not my favorite thing to do as you know 😅 So I'm super happy that you like my traditional style ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

i LOVE houses like this. i wish i could live in one irl. i never know the style of the things i like either so this is the first time ive found out that this style is called "tartosa". i found out one of my fav design styles/patterns is known as "memphis" lol. i was like "uhm what?".

@@Simsphony oh me too and I’ve been practicing with the shelf idea a little bit it doesn’t work like that red shelf but I’ve figured out how to make it work by sizing it down to make it so I can hide the shelf but leave the objects so awesome and have figured out a couple of other tricks for tables my sister said to thank you 🙏 too you have no idea how much you have helped me learn to be a better builder my farmhouse is going to be much nicer 🥰😍😊

I am once again watching in amazement as you do your work. I like to slow down the speed builds and study our technique and just to see your preferences. I do have a couple of small questions if you don't mind. At 1:44 you use what appears to be a one tile "shelf" on the 2nd level bump-out. Can you tell me what cc item that is? Also what cc item is the Wrought iron railing you use on the balcony on the same part of the house at

I'm in love with this build! I have downloaded every cc required for this build and the tray files but when I put it in a lot, only the cx from harrie and felixandre show up. The other say that you don't own them so It was deleted from the build. I do have those CC in my build mode... Is there something i'm not doing?

I just found your channel not to long ago and I love your builds!!! I was wondering how you are able to use T.O.O.L. In this world. I had to remove it from my mods folder in order for Tartosa to load.

Do you happen to know what set the doors and windows are from? I thought I had everything on the list but they’re still not loading in game
They are a part of the Felixandre's Florence set. I'm not sure which part though. I think they are 2 or 3 in total.

i played sims since the first one came out but I'm new to the whole cc, modded stuff. I've downloaded the tray file from the link but didn't find instructions on how to install it?
i added it to the mods folder on my computer but cant find it in the game. have already allowed cc on my game options.
It will probably be the best for you to just watch a tutorial because it's super simple when you see it. First a tray files go to tray not mods folder. There is no cc in it. You need to download all of the cc that I listed in my Tumbler post and unpack it into your mods folder. If you download all the cc and put it in the mods folder and you put a tray file into your tray folder you'll find it in your library. Don't forget to allow cc in the library. Anyways I still recommend you to watch a tutorial. There are a ton of them on the YT 🥰❤️
Not sure if there’s a way for you to help, but I took a look at your CC list and downloaded everything, or so I thought yet I keep getting notifications that not all the items are installed.
I’m a pretty seasoned mod user so I know the general rules of installing cc and mods. Is there anyway you can help me figure out what I’m missing from your gorgeous build?
I honestly really don't know. That's quite odd 😅 It means that my tray importer is lying 😞 did you check my walk-through? Maybe if you noticed what do you miss?
