Seeing that you're a vocal coach, it's disappointing and criminal that you haven't reacted to HYNN's Killing Voice yet. She is arguably the best vocalist in South Korea, and at the age of 24, she is objectively better than most of the legendary singers were when they were 24. Do yourself subscribers a favor and react to her, OR just do yourself a favor and watch it in your private time. It is the best performance on Killing Voice by a solo performer, and the only comparable performance would be Big Mama's who have decades of singing experience.
I am genuinely so proud of him😭 tbh i expected at least a bit of rap but he just went all in vocally! Just thinking about how he was insecure about them but now he got the opportunity to showcast his ability in singing more and:(( not only is it soo good vocally but also the lyrics, the whole thing is just amazing❤️
I really like how you said "Felix is a sunshine person, so even when he's just slightly sad it's like the sun stops shining" because it really is that way, felix is always so happy on camera so it's sad to see him write lyrics like this😕it's definitely one of my favorites in the album

I had to listen to it 3-4 times in a row, and reread the song credits a few times before I allowed myself to believe it. I’ve heard his full range, but never all together, with no other vocal distractions. Our boy is fricking magic. ❤❤❤
Yes he wrote the lyrics himself and he helped produce this. This is so raw and vulnerable. Sounds like we are listening to him just sing to himself in his room. His range is insane! The person that helped him produce this said he covered 3 full octaves! Insane!
This vulnerability is 100% why we love Felix. You can't help but want to scoop him up and protect him. We are already protective of Felix, but after hearing Deep End I wanted to battle every demon he had or will face going forward! Now THIS is the reaction i was looking for!!! ^^ I knew you would love this song. Our dear sunshine did so so well! He described "Deep End" as kinda La la land / asmr style song which i think fits perfectly. I mean i cant be the only one that has cried before going to sleep while listening to it hahaha Felix has been shy and insecure before about his singing but we had listened to him before. I remember specially this one live when he covered Finneas' "Break my heart again" and other songs as well and he was so good but also so shy... even so that Chan called him in the middle of his live for some support and encouraging (our caring leader!) Felix is a special gift, I'm so in love with the versatility of his voice, he's so talented 😿💕 and the lyrics really sent me to the space or somewhere, I cried

Chan said that Felix's voice really deserves to be shown. He has the ability to control the layers of his voice. He really has a golden throat. With continuous training, Felix became more confident. felix has a knack of stepping out of his comfort zone. It reminds me of his freckles which has been hidden under make up until he started rubbing them off and out in the open. And since he already does and likes asmr, he uses asmr to bare his raw voice and even layered it in ways that i still get goosebumps no matter how many times i listen to it. --- oh, and the way he sang also reminds me of his vlive singing Break My Heart and chan called him and complimented his singing.
I'm so proud of Felix, that he wrote this song. It's so emotional, i cried a few times listening to this song. He needs to write and record more of these songs.
Felix isn't dualistic. He just as range! From the tone of his voice to his ability to embody any concept, he is able to adapt and showcase the best parts of himself in any given situation. I'm so proud of him!

I've been wanting to join your Patreon since I saw your first Stray Kids reaction (PRICELESS!!). I'm so happy I'm finally able to do so. I absolutely LOVED this!! Question: HOW did you not cry?? The first, mmmm...50 times I heard this song I couldn't stop myself from crying. I love the way you describe Felix and the effect he has on us. God took extra time and extra special care with our 용복이!! He is TOO MANY THINGS!!! Since the Stray Kids Survival Show, we've been given glimpses of his vocals and his range. THIS song leaves no doubt he has a GORGEOUS singing voice. I'm so very proud of my Baby.
If you ever react to TASTE by Danceracha (Felix, Lee Know, Hyunjin), keep in mind that the colour coded lyrics are kind of wrong. In the live version we see that the last falceto is Felix's and it always blew my mind until I heard Deep end.
I played "Deep End" to my mom (she sadly isn't a fan of Stray Kids and kpop and all; she thinks both them and everyone else in this industry are creating sh*t music), she listened to the first 3 verses (so, I included the change of tone), and I asked her who she likes more, the first singer or the second. She picked the first one (so the low voice), and when I revealed that both of them are one and the same person, and that is Felix (she knows who it is, as it's my ultimate bias), she even looked lightly shocked ;)
Katrinka, you did such a beautiful reaction to Felix's song. Each tone of voice traveled under the skin, causing such a unique sensation. When I first heard this song I immediately thought of finneas (billies brother) he makes Musik pretty similar to this(using high and deep voice, harmonizing with himself, similar production) I love this song so much because it feels so genuine and felix was finally able to show his vocal skills
He said he made this song so it's like ASMR, so i think that's why he uses a lot of air and fry with his voice 🤔and it fits the song so well, I'm glad the producer and him decided to go that route. The producer said he was really surprised by Felix vocal range

Your reaction to the change in his voice literally captures my exact reaction to hearing this song for the first time. I couldn't believe that it was Felix singing, and I've barely heard him use this voice in skz songs, and I really wish he'd get to use it more often, because I love it so much.
I cried when I listened to this for the first time. His voice brought me so many emotions. The tone he has really conveyed the lyrics in all of the different sections... The vocal harmonies and the space in the mix were very beautiful with the piano. I liked that it went to major when ge sang alive. I'm also emotional bc I'm proud of Felix not only for the song but because I know he must have had a lot of courage to put this out since he has been a bit insecure when it comes to his mid and upper register! It's not easy to put out a song like this too bc I feels so "bare" and "raw", like he is exposing his inner emotions. As a person who tries to improve my voice tequniqe, I really like your commentary in your videos cos you pause quite a bit and explain, thank you for that! I went from watching your first Stray Kids reaction video when Felix's voice shocked you, to this one, with you talking about him being one of your two biases and speaking of his warm personality because, like me, you've clearly deep dived the group after finding them. It's so great. I love it when others have the same reactions to Stray Kids and Felix that I do. I do want to say, as soon as you said "LOTR vibe" in this, I flashed to Misty Mountains Cold from the Hobbit, and I couldn't agree more. That low tone vibe is so good.
I'm so glad you reacted to this one! I was amazed to hear his higher tones too. Another shock on this album was Limbo by Lee Know- his voice has changed and matured so much over the last few years and I think you'd love to hear it!

this part "if you hadn't changed", is when the crying started for me... From there, i all went down hill, i was singing like i knew it the lyrics or experiencded this before. When that part repeat it, i got chills down my legs. Felix is so precious.

Katriinka..if you listen to the song #loveSTAY Felix uses that clean middle range of his in that song as well. It’s what made me fall in love with his vocal abilities months ago when I first heard the song on RUclips.

Your reaction to the change in his voice literally captures my exact reaction to hearing this song for the first time. I couldn't believe that it was Felix singing, and I've barely heard him use this voice in skz songs, and I really wish he'd get to use it more often, because I love it so much.
I cried when I listened to this for the first time. His voice brought me so many emotions. The tone he has really conveyed the lyrics in all of the different sections... The vocal harmonies and the space in the mix were very beautiful with the piano. I liked that it went to major when ge sang alive. I'm also emotional bc I'm proud of Felix not only for the song but because I know he must have had a lot of courage to put this out since he has been a bit insecure when it comes to his mid and upper register! It's not easy to put out a song like this too bc I feels so "bare" and "raw", like he is exposing his inner emotions.
As a person who tries to improve my voice tequniqe, I really like your commentary in your videos cos you pause quite a bit and explain, thank you for that! I learned a good vowel for belting today wich I have struggled with.
Also how you described Felix as a fine wine I love it!

I went from watching your first Stray Kids reaction video when Felix's voice shocked you, to this one, with you talking about him being one of your two biases and speaking of his warm personality because, like me, you've clearly deep dived the group after finding them. It's so great. I love it when others have the same reactions to Stray Kids and Felix that I do. I do want to say, as soon as you said "LOTR vibe" in this, I flashed to Misty Mountains Cold from the Hobbit, and I couldn't agree more. That low tone vibe is so good.
Felix's voice is so unique..n magical....n hv many octaves..just listening to his voice....n it tell a story....n very Soothings...to listens..

when i first heard this song, his higher range reminded me of troye sivan, i thought i was the only one but i made my friend listen to 2 songs, one was troye, and 1 was felix's higher range, and she couldnt tell they were different people
Katriinka..if you listen to the song #loveSTAY Felix uses that clean middle range of his in that song as well. It’s what made me fall in love with his vocal abilities months ago when I first heard the song on RUclips.
